Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2026. Summary: By enrolling you agree to complete all course modules, respect our refund window of 14 days, and follow professional driving conduct standards. No shortcuts permitted.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or enrolling in any Softframe HaulCraft program constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Enrollment & User Responsibilities
Students must maintain valid commercial driver’s licenses, complete all assignments on schedule, and participate in live coaching sessions. Failure to attend three or more sessions may result in removal without refund.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required at enrollment. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided less than 25% of the curriculum has been accessed. After this window, no refunds are issued.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants must demonstrate professional conduct at all times. Harassment, dishonesty, or violation of FMCSA regulations will result in immediate termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the exclusive property of Softframe HaulCraft. Unauthorized distribution or recording is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Softframe HaulCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
